Bṛhat curated and conducted a two-day capacity-building workshop for coordinators, consultants and young professionals of the IKS Division at NIEPA, New Delhi. The programme developed foundational knowledge, persuasion and executive skills, and strategic frameworks for engaging higher education institutions and advancing IKS integration in academia. Sessions covered systemic worldview building, IKS-centric communication, source-based argumentation, NEP 2020 and UGC policy integration, and practice on institutional needs and intellectual contestations.
