Manaḥ Svāsthya, International Symposium on Mental Wellbeing was conducted by the Aashirwad Health and Education Trust in Coimbatore with Bṛhat as Knowledge Partners. The Manaḥ Svāsthya symposium explored mental health and wellbeing through Indian Knowledge Systems. The symposium brought Indian approaches to mind, health, self-understanding and wellbeing into conversation with contemporary mental-health concerns.
