Bṛhat conducted immersive, day-long leadership development workshops tailored for senior officials at the Indian Institute of Railways and Transport Management (IRITM) and the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBD). These sessions provided a structured platform for senior civil servants to explore and operationalize foundational Indic leadership principles, specifically svabhāva (inherent disposition), sahakāryata (collaborative action), rājyakarma (governance duties), and svadharma (individual ethical responsibility), equipping participants to integrate the ethos of a true karmayogi into their daily administrative and public service roles.
