Bṛhat served as Knowledge Partner for the one-day national symposium on reclaiming the Somnath narrative, envisioned by Dr. Vikram Sampath and organised by the Foundation for Indian Historical and Cultural Research. Announced in March as an interdisciplinary forum spanning history, archaeology, historiography and sacred geography, the completed symposium featured Prof. Kapil Kapoor, Dr. Anand Ranganathan, J. Sai Deepak, representatives of Shree Somnath Trust and Dr. Neeraja A. Gupta, and provided young scholars an opportunity to present and exchange research.
