Śilpakalāyāh Temple Architecture Competition

Bṛhat conducted a temple architecture competition with Sri Venkateswara College of Architecture in Hyderabad.

Śilpakalāyāḥ was developed with Sri Venkateswara College of Architecture as a temple-architecture learning and design initiative, impacting more than 400 students. It enabled architecture students to Study Indian temple forms and principles, Engage with sacred geometry and spatial organisation, Translate knowledge into drawings or design responses, and Understand temple architecture as a synthesis of philosophy, ritual, ecology, art and engineering.
